Your Files Stay on Your Device

The core philosophy of GoSecurePDF is absolute data privacy. When you use our tools to compress, edit, or merge your PDF files, your documents are never uploaded to any cloud server.

We utilize a modern browser technology called WebAssembly (WASM). This allows the PDF processing engine to run entirely within the memory (RAM) of your own local device. Because we do not own or operate any file-processing servers, it is physically impossible for us to access, view, store, or share your documents.

Verify it yourself: You can open your browser's Developer Tools (Network tab), disconnect from the internet after the page loads, and process your highly confidential files completely offline.

Analytics & Telemetry

We use Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights to monitor the health, performance, and general aggregate traffic of our website. These tools help us understand which pages are popular and if users are experiencing slow load times.

These analytics are privacy-friendly, entirely cookie-free, and do not track your activity across other websites. We strictly see anonymized aggregate metrics (e.g., page views, rough geographic regions) and never personal identifiable information.

Advertising

To keep GoSecurePDF free for everyone, we may display advertisements. Ad networks (such as Google AdSense) may use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this or other websites, as governed by their respective privacy policies. You will be prompted to manage your consent regarding these cookies where required by local law (such as GDPR).

Advertisements are strictly confined to their designated banner slots. Ad scripts have absolutely zero access to the files you process in our tools.
