Terms of Service

Last updated: September 12, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using GoSecurePDF ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. The Service provides a suite of browser-based PDF manipulation tools designed with privacy as the core principle. All tools are completely free to use for both personal and commercial purposes, subject to these terms.

2. Service Architecture & Processing

Unlike traditional online PDF converters, GoSecurePDF operates entirely on the client-side (within your web browser) using WebAssembly technology. We do not provide cloud processing servers, meaning the speed and capability of the document processing are strictly dependent on your device's hardware (CPU and RAM).

You agree not to attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise interfere with the local processing engines provided by the Service.

3. No Warranty

The tools and services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. While we utilize industry-standard rendering engines to ensure maximum accuracy, we cannot guarantee that the results will be entirely error-free, uninterrupted, or perfectly suited for a particular purpose. You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy and integrity of your modified documents before relying on them for official, legal, or professional use.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GoSecurePDF and its maintainers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Service. Because your files are never uploaded to our servers, any risk of data loss, file corruption, or processing failure remains strictly isolated to your own local device.

5. Modifications to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. The updated date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
